Come learn the classics of Irish baking during a half day kitchen experience at my home in Fethard, Co. Tipperary!!
Not only will you learn how to master some baking classics but you'll get your hands full of flour and dough as we bake, taste and share the joy of creating and sharing together. The menu changes with the seasons so no two Kitchen Experience days are the same.
I will also be sharing all my time-saving tricks, favourite recipes & kitchen secrets!
Learn how to bake using only Irish milled and grown grains alongside the best of Irish dairy.
Thursday December 11th will be a special Christmas themed evening mastering flaky mince pies and lots of edible gift ideas from 6-9pm with light refreshments throughout.
What the half-day entails:
- 9.30am-1.30pm
- 3 hands-on bakes including - brown bread, scones and a seasonal bake
- Tea/coffee and baked delight on arrival, a seasonal lunch and all your baked goods to take home
- Recipes in full alongside a dough scraper (A.K.A a baker's best friend!!)
Allergens: throughout the day we will be using products that will contain gluten (wheat), dairy, eggs, sesame and nuts.
